The purpose of these accessories is to enable connection to TV or other audio sources directly into your hearing aids. There exist remote microphones for conversations in noise or across a distance as well as hand held remote controls to assist with management. Bluetooth connectors are needed for some Android Smart Phones to connect to hearing aids.
